Kesuksesan perusahaan dapat dirunut sejak berdirinya di tahun 1974, di mana saat itu perusahaan memulai operasinya di bawah nama PT Aero Garuda Dairy Farm bekerjasama dengan Dairy Farm, sebuah perusahaan catering yang berbasis di Hong Kong. Setelah sempat berubah nama menjadi PT Angkasa Citra Sarana Catering Serving, di tahun 1991 perusahaan ini beroperasi dengan bendera ACS (Aerowisata Catering Services).

Masih di tahun 2010, Aerofood ACS membuka kantornya di Denpasar, Surabaya, Medan, Balikpapan, Bandung, Yogyakarta dan Lombok. Di tahun 2014, cabang Pekanbaru direncanakan juga akan mulai beroperasi.

Saat ini, Aerofood ACS memiliki lebih dari 5.500 staf profesional dan dikenal sebagai pemimpin dalam bisnis ini, dengan produk layanan premium in-flight logistic yang disajikan ke 40 perusahaan penerbangan komersil internasional dan domestic.

Aerofood ACS juga menyediakan layanan catering untuk lebih dari 20 perusahaan blue ribbon di seluruh negeri. Berbekal kekuatan pendekatan terhadap customer yang luar biasa, di tahun 2013 Aerofood ACS mendapat pengakuan 2013 Indonesian Airline Support Service Provider dari Frost & Sullivan.

1. Remuneration & Benefit Staff

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate, Interpersonal skill, Leadership.
  • Preferably have knowledge about BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and others
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Head Learning and Development

Requirements :
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum experiences 2 years in the same position
  • Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable
  • Basic Knowledge : Training Need Analysis, Training Method, Training Evaluation
  • Willing to be stationed in Head Office – Jakarta

3. Admin Recruitment

Requirements :
  • Maximum 25 Years Old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Computer Literate (able to operate MS. Office)
  • Capable of Handling Administration Problems
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication Skill
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Candidate will be placed in Our Head Office

4. Head Store

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Required skills : Inventory and logistics management, supply chain management, stock management, and material management
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Full-Time positions available


5. Head IT

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Science & Technology or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent
  • Required skills : Software, Network
  • Full-Time positions available

6. Head Recruitment

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in recruitment area
  • Maximal age 35 years old
  • Good in English (either spoken and written) an posses a good computer skills
  • Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, smart, a team player, honest, and dependable.
