Job Description :
- Officer Development Program is one of the continuous job improvement through learning process, They will receive formal job training in a variety of management areas. The Officer Development position is designed to prepare trainees and have an expertise in Reinsurance Company.
Objectives:
- Officer Development Program is designed to encourage people leadership potential, who are competents in every aspect of the Reinsurance Company Business.
Requirements:
- Age maximum 27 years old
- Hold one or more degrees with outstanding academic record with minimum GPA 3.00
- Proficient in English (Both oral and writing) , proven by TOEFL score min: 475 Proven by Certificate from LBPP LIA (is a must)
- Excellent in interpersonal skill and communication skills
- Excellent in Computer Software knowledge with minimum requirements : Ms Office
- Good Personality, Self Motivated, Organization and Analytical skill
- Preferably Educational Background majoring :
1. Economic [Kode: ECO]
2. Mass Communication [Kode: COM]
3. Aviation Engineering [Kode: AVI]
4. Mechanical Engineering [Kode: MCN]
5. Naval (Marine) Engineering [Kode:NVL]
6. Mathematic/Statistical [Kode:MTK]
