1. Program Manager
Functions : People & Organization

Key Roles :
  1. Responsible for overall organization establishment and people development program
  2. Provide strategic direction to project managers
  3. Assist project team in solving issues and mitigating risk
Main Qualification :
  • Min. 7 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced in project management skills
  • Skilled at interacting with people in various level in Maintenance Dep.
  • Extensive knowledge in Human Resources and organizational design
  • Excellent leadership skills and training

2. Project Manager Organization Development
Functions : People & Organization

Key Roles :
  1. Design and establish maintenance organization for IPC HO to branches and subsidiaries
  2. Calculate FTEs and identify people qualification
  3. Develop manpower transition journey
  4. Create roles & responsibility and job description
  5. Define KPI for each roles
Main Qualification :
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced with managing people and organization
  • Possesses a basic knowledge regarding functions/systems/ people interact across various level
  • Extensive knowledge in Human Resources and organizational design

3. Project Manager People Development
Functions : People & Organization

Key Roles :
  1. Conduct people mapping to fit in to to-be organization
  2. Identify necessity for people capability improvement
  3. Initiate and manage execution of training and certification program
  4. Develop and implement training plan and curriculum for maintenance organization
Main Qualifications :
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Ability to work with various level from floor to management level
  • Skilled at interacting with people in various level in Maintenance Dep.
  • Seasoned as training manager

4. Project Manager Business Process Development Project
Functions : Process & System

Key Roles :
  1. Lead maintenance business process development
  2. Create implementation plan and implement business process in all branches
  3. Align business process with enablers and system
Main Qualifications :
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Excellent skills in training and developing people
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
  • Experienced as business process analyst

5. Project Manager System Development Project Manager
Functions : Process & System

Key Roles :
  1. Assess current system and identify area of improvement
  2. Create functional design for system enhancement
  3. Increase users compliance in utilizing EAM system
Main Qualification :
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) as functional analyst

6. Program Manager
Functions : Maintenance Repair Workshop Management

Key Roles :
  1. Responsible for cleanliness, readiness, waste management, safety compliance of all workshop in branches
  2. Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop
  3. Responsible to lead initiative regarding workshop management

  2. Responsible to manage available supplies, materials, and products
Main Qualification :
  • Min. 7 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced in contract and vendor performance management
  • Proven skills at managing suppliers to ensure all parties comply with obligations

9. Project Manager Supplier Management
Functions : Supplier & Inventory Management

Key Roles :
  1. Liaise with vendors to deliver the work in acceptable level of quality
  2. Ensure supplier comply with contract, standards, and regulatory requirement
  3. Monitor supplier performance and identify penalties that may apply
Main Qualification :
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced in contract and vendor performance management
  • Skilled interacting with supplier
  • Strong ability to analyze, understand and enforce contractual obligations

10 Project Manager Inventory Management
Functions : Supplier & Inventory Management

Key Roles :
  1. Conduct feasibility study on inventory establishment in IPC
  2. Create inventory planning i.e. min, max, safety stock
  3. Ensures inventory accuracy and meets operational necessity
Main Qualification :
  • Min. 5 years experience in maintenance for heavy-equipment industry
  • Experienced with inventory management and warehouse processes
  • Critical-Thinking Skills: to devise plans of action and asses those plans regularly
  • Familiar with ERP system specifically for inventory module

11. Program Manager
Functions : Capex and Cost Control

Key Roles :
  1. Perform feasibility analysis for any initiatives launched by PMO
  2. Monitor and analyze capex and cost by project and corporate-wide
  3. Develop regular executive reporting to monitor capex and cost
Main Qualification :
  • 5 – 7 years experiences as financial analyst and/or project financing specialist
  • Skilled presentation and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent with numbers
