It is formed to be in line with the “Airport City Concept” that put airport as a center of regional economic development. Upholding its corporate cultures, which are: Services, Innovative, and Commitment, Angkasa Pura Hotels is backed by professional human resources who possess strong will and fresh mind, as well as those who regard hospitality highly as their major personality. Considering the promising future of airport-related business (non-aeronautical revenue), Angkasa Pura Hotels is planned to construct various hotels in Angkasa Pura 1 airports. Each hotel concept will be uniquely designed according to its location and market characteristic. While all security and safety aspects, such as: personnel, equipments, and procedures, is placed in the hotels in similar high standard to those in a world-class airport, for the convenience of customers.

PT Angkasa Pura Hotel are seeking dynamic young professionals and high-power struggle to join as:

1. Staf Direksi – BOD Staf

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Human Capital Staf

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Has solid experience in Human Resource area: dealing with user, talent & performance area Client service oriented, self motivated, detail oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • Strong project management skill
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office 2007 of Word, Excel & Power Point).
  • Excellent English, both speaking and writing

3. Maintenance Staf

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available

4. Marketing Communication Officer

Requirements :
  • Maximum age 30 Years old.
  • Have experience 4 years.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing or Management from reputable university with GPA : 3,00
  • Good Looking
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have positive mind set
  • Independent, result oriented, tough and able to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment
  • Emerging ability to build relationship with line management
  • Fluency both verbal and written English
  • Computer literacy
  • Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia

5. Operation Staff

Requirements :
  • Maximum 35 Years old.
  • Have experience 3 years in the related field is required for this position. Min Diploma IV in Hospitality Tourism/Hotel/Food & Beverages Services Management or Equivalent from reputable university with GPA : 3,00
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and have positive mind set
  • Fluency both verbal and written English
  • Computer literacy
  • Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia

6. Quantity Surveyor

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): able to provide estimation & budgeting, able to read working drawing, knowledge of building and construction materials is a must, computer literate for ms office, ms project and auto cad programs, Able to work under pressure.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kemayoran.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
